Police Officers, first responders, doctors and nurses across the country and around the world are on the front lines in the battle against the Coronavirus pandemic. There is a ton of information out there about COVID-19 but there is limited information on some of the uncommon things you can do to help yourself stay stronger and healthier during this time.

That's why I decided to do a video for our members outlining five things you can do today to help yourself in the fight against the Coronavirus. Now, of course, there is no guaranteed way to protect yourself from contracting the virus. But there are certainly things you can do to improve your odds of staying strong and healthy.

Here's what I cover in the video:

1. Sleep
2. Nutrition
3. Stress
4. Universal Precautions
5. Tools of the Trade

In the video I take a deep dive into above topics and explain how each of these elements is critical to your health and well-being during this COVID-19 pandemic.

The feedback from our members who have watched the video has been tremendous.
