MYO-FORTE RX Subscription Policy

Subscription Terms

When you select Subscribe & Save, you authorize MYO-FORTE RX to automatically charge your selected payment method for each recurring order at the price and frequency displayed at checkout.

MYO-FORTE RX subscriptions currently renew every 30 days unless otherwise specified.

Subscription Price

The Subscribe & Save price is 15% off the regular one-time purchase price. Your applicable price, taxes, shipping charges, and renewal frequency will be displayed at checkout.

Skip, Pause or Cancel

You may skip an upcoming shipment, pause your subscription, or cancel future renewals through your customer account, where available. You may also contact us for assistance with your subscription.

Cancellation Timing

To avoid being charged for an upcoming renewal, please cancel before the next scheduled renewal date. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not stop that order from being fulfilled.

Payment

Your payment method will be charged automatically on each renewal date for the applicable subscription amount, plus any applicable taxes and shipping charges.

Changes to Subscription Pricing

We may change subscription pricing in the future. If a price change affects a future recurring order, we will provide notice as required by applicable law.
